Welcome to INWHITE! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our app and services. By using INWHITE, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1Definitions

"App" refers to the INWHITE mobile application and associated services.

"Host" refers to users who create events and send digital invites.

"Guests" refers to individuals receiving invites from Hosts.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use INWHITE.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

Use of the App is prohibited where it violates local laws or regulations.

3Account Responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

You are liable for any activities conducted through your account.

Notify INWHITE immediately if you suspect unauthorised access or usage of your account.

Misrepresentation, fake accounts, or impersonation is strictly prohibited.

4Usage of the App

Hosts can create and manage events, purchase credits, and send digital invitations.

QR codes generated are unique to each invite and are valid for one-time scanning.

Misuse of the App, including spamming, fraudulent activities, or violating guest privacy, will result in immediate account suspension or termination.

5Credits

Credits are required to send digital invites to guests.

Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Ensure sufficient credits are available before sending invitations. INWHITE is not liable for interrupted services due to insufficient credits.

Credit usage varies depending on the selected template and other configurations.

Bonus credits

Credits you receive as a reward, for example through Refer & Earn, are bonus credits. Bonus credits are used before any credits you have purchased.

Bonus credits expire if your wallet has no activity for 6 months. Activity means any top-up, any use of credits, or any credit added to your wallet, and each one restarts the 6 months. We will try to notify you in the app before your bonus credits expire.

Credits you have purchased do not expire.

If an invitation cannot be delivered, the credits used for it are returned to your wallet as ordinary credits. They are not refunded as money.

6Payment

All payments for credits are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

INWHITE is not responsible for payment delays, failed transactions, or issues caused by third-party services.

A receipt will be provided for each successful transaction.

By making a purchase, you agree to pay the displayed price, including any applicable taxes.

7Content Ownership

Hosts retain ownership of the content they create, including event details and guest information.

By using the App, you grant INWHITE a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store and process your content to provide services.

INWHITE is not liable for any unauthorized use of content shared via the App.

8Limitation of Liability

INWHITE is not responsible for any event cancellations, inaccuracies in invitations, or disputes between Hosts and Guests.

The App and all its features are provided "as is," without any warranties, express or implied.

INWHITE will not be held liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

9Termination

INWHITE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

Users may delete their accounts at any time, but unused credits will not be refunded.

10Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.

Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
